Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at contact@moleluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personal Care & Wellness Devices Due to the nature of our products, most items in our store fall under personal care and wellness devices. For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about whether your specific item is eligible for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To resolve the issue, please contact us at contact@moleluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the problem. We will evaluate the case and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@moleluxe.com.
