This is great. i have had an expensive eye problem which has been resolved. the optometrist said to use a hot wash cloth but this is much better. i use the power pack as this lead is not long enough to reach the wall plug. the heat is great and i can select the time. english instructions would help. there are aromatherapy sachets as an additional indulgence.

I haven't used it yet, but the design seems solid.
I hope it works well and helps me get rid of dry eye.
It seems to be used by spraying water. A small spray nozzle is also included. It can be used by connecting to a power bank.

Nice mask! I didn't notice it came with 2 natural scented bags, the one with lavender is really relaxing! I'm loving this product! The only improvement they need is the instructions! They are in chinese but i translate them pretty precisely with my translation app
